How does pricing work?

Renters pay $25 once per verification, valid for 30 days. Property professionals pay $999/year for full platform access β€” unlimited lookups, Guest Cards, dashboard, document downloads, and more. Renters never pay a subscription, and property pros never pay per lookup.

What if I need to renew my verification?

After 30 days, you can get re-verified for another $25. If you're still apartment hunting, this ensures your income data is current and accurate.

How does it work with co-applicants?

Each applicant pays $25 for their own verification. When you submit applications together, your combined income is shown to property pros β€” so you qualify for more rent than either of you would alone. Roommates, partners, and co-signers all use the same flow.

I manage multiple properties β€” is there a portfolio plan?

Yes. If you manage multiple properties or run a larger operation, Contact Us and we'll structure something that fits. Most single locators, brokerages, and apartments are well-served by the standard $999/year.

Do property managers have to pay to receive applications?

No. Anyone can receive a Guest Card or RediTenant ID from a renter at no cost. The $999/year property pro membership is required only when you want to actively look up verifications, manage co-applicants, and use the dashboard tools.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Property professional accounts can also be invoiced for portfolio plans β€” contact us if that's a better fit for your business.
